About
The problem no one was measuring
Every coaching institute has students who work hard but underperform. The usual explanations — motivation, syllabus gaps, teaching quality — don’t stick, because both toppers and strugglers share the same classroom, the same faculty, and the same hours.
The variable that actually separates them is attention capacity: the ability to sustain, direct, and recover focus under cognitive load. It is measurable. It is trainable. And until Progrowsis, no one was offering coaching institutes a way to see it.
What we do
- 1Scan— the Focus Scan, built on our proprietary Focus Mapping Protocol: four standardised cognitive measurements combined into a single score. One minute per student, inside existing study hours, zero timetable disruption.
- 2Report— per-student attention profiles that show counsellors exactly where each student leaks focus, and a cohort overview for the institute.
- 3Train— targeted micro-interventions that strengthen the identified weak domain. The controlled trial showed +17.7% attention gain in three weeks, with mock-score improvements of 15–40%.
The science
The Focus Scan runs on the Focus Mapping Protocol — four standardised cognitive-psychology instruments combined into a single measurement, covering selective attention, sustained vigilance, working memory, and impulse control. The exact instruments and their weighting are proprietary.
These are not custom inventions — the protocol is built from the same class of tools used in aviation fatigue testing, clinical ADHD assessment, and neuroscience research labs. What Progrowsis adds is the translation layer: converting raw cognitive metrics into actionable reports that a counsellor without a neuroscience degree can act on.
Dr. Aswan
Progrowsis is founded by Dr. Aswan, whose work sits at the intersection of cognitive science and education. The mission: give every coaching institute the one measurement that explains the gap between effort and outcome — and then close it.
Why “Progrowsis”?
Pro (forward) + grow (development) + gnosis(knowledge). A prognosis of growth — from measurement to movement.
