Who we are

Progrowsis is a cognitive-assessment service operated by Dr. Aswan (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through progrowsis.com and related services.

What we collect

• Application form data— institute name, city, batch size, email address, and mobile number, submitted voluntarily when you apply for the programme.
• Usage analytics— anonymised page views, video engagement events (play, progress milestones, completion), and form interactions. These are linked to a personalised-link identifier where one exists, not to your personal identity.
• Technical data— IP address (used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention; not stored persistently), user-agent string (truncated), and referrer URL.
• Bot-protection tokens— Cloudflare Turnstile generates a one-time verification token when you submit the form. We do not receive or store any biometric or behavioural data from this process; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy governs their handling.

How we use your data

• To respond to your programme application by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• To understand which parts of the page are effective so we can improve our communication.
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot detection).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party.

Third-party services

• Neon (database)— stores application records and anonymised engagement events. Hosted in a secure, managed PostgreSQL environment.
• Resend (email)— delivers application notifications to us. Your data is transmitted to Resend solely for this delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile— bot protection on form submission. No cookies or tracking beyond the challenge token.
• Mux (video)— hosts and streams student testimonial videos. Mux may collect anonymised playback analytics; refer to their privacy policy for details.
• Vercel (hosting)— serves this website. Vercel may log request-level metadata (IP, headers) for infrastructure purposes.

Data retention

Application data is retained for the duration of the programme engagement and a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. Engagement analytics are aggregated and do not contain personally identifiable information. You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a functional cookie strictly for bot detection during form submission.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API endpoints are rate-limited. Secrets are compared in constant time. Video content uses signed, time-limited playback tokens. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
