Agreement

By accessing progrowsis.com (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and institutes engaging with Progrowsis services.

Service description

Progrowsis provides the Focus Scan — a cognitive-assessment and focus-measurement service for coaching institutes. The Site serves as an informational and application platform. Programme terms, scope, and pricing are agreed separately in writing with each institute before any engagement begins.

Programme applications

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee a place on the programme. Places are limited and we reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. All programme engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Progrowsis and the participating institute.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, research data, charts, methodologies, student testimonials, score reports, images, and video — is the property of Progrowsis and Dr. Aswan. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

The trial data, assessment protocols, and insight algorithms presented on this Site are proprietary. Unauthorised reproduction or use in competing services is strictly prohibited.

Research data & claims

The trial results presented on this Site (including the +17.7% attention gain figure) are based on a controlled study of 30 students. Individual results may vary. These figures represent group-level outcomes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results for any individual student or institute.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to download, screen-record, or redistribute video testimonials.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.
• Submit false or misleading information in the application form.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Use the Site or any Progrowsis content to compete with or replicate our services.

Confidentiality

Personalised links (URLs containing /view/[id]) and the content accessed through them are confidential and intended solely for the recipient institute. Sharing these links with third parties or competitors is a breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Progrowsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on the information presented.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
